Web-based Admin and User Portal
DialLink is a business cloud phone system that offers a web portal for users and administrators that puts all crucial product functionality at their fingertips.
Gain full control of platform capabilities with the web administration portal
While DialLink mobile and desktop apps are perfect for everyday use and streamlined communications, the web portal enables administrators and power users to manage every aspect of the DialLink platform on an ad hoc basis. This intuitive web UI gives you access to the platform’s modern contact management and calling capabilities, advanced productivity and analysis features, and customization options for both individuals and the entire organization.
Streamline system administration
Administrators need more powerful functionality — but not more complexity to eat up their valuable time. The web portal makes it quick and easy for administrators to safely add and delete users, purchase and port phone numbers, specify company main lines and extensions, manage system security settings, add integrations, and more.
Maximize productivity with individual settings
Individuals have different needs, preferences, and work styles. To boost productivity and satisfaction, the web portal enables users to customize settings the way that works best for them. All users can specify their basic personal data, while power users can also customize their phone number and voicemail settings, manage their contacts, define forwarding rules, and record their own audio greetings.
Access key operational functions and analytics from one place
A powerful business phone system doesn’t have to be a struggle to operate. The DialLink web UI puts all key product functionality at your fingertips. In addition to making calls and managing contacts, you can easily access advanced features and capabilities: call analytics, auto-receptionists, call queues, spam blocking, phone number porting, process flow builder, billing, security, and more.

FAQ about the admin and user web UI
Why should I use the DialLink web portal?
The DialLink web portal makes it simple for each user to access the product functionality they need. Users can make and receive calls just as easily as they can in the mobile apps. Managers can conveniently review dashboard data and analyze reports from a larger screen than their phone offers. And administrators can add and delete users, control security and integration settings, and much more.
Who can configure system settings?
All users, but to varying degrees. Users can normally configure settings for themselves that do not affect other users, while managers may be granted access to more advanced customization features. System administrators have broad control — they can restrict user access to phone system functions and customize the system for everyone in the organization.
Can administrators change a user’s settings?
Typically, no. Although administrators have the most powerful rights to work in DialLink, they cannot modify a user’s individual settings. However, there are a few settings, such as spam blocking, that are available to regular users only after an administrator turns them off for the entire tenant.
