DialLink's native integration with Salesforce automatically syncs contact details — including names, phone numbers, email addresses, company names, and job titles — between the two platforms.
Calls made in DialLink, whether by human agents or AI voice agents, are automatically logged in Salesforce. Logged data includes call details, AI-generated summaries, transcripts, action items, and links to recordings. Voicemails, SMS, and WhatsApp for Business messages are also logged and tied to the appropriate contact records in Salesforce.
You can also initiate calls directly from Salesforce by clicking any phone number — no copy-pasting required.
