DialLink Trademark Infringement Reporting

Version 2.0 · Effective November 2, 2026 · Previous versions: Legal Archive

DialLink Corp. ("DialLink") respects the trademark rights of others. This page explains how the owner of a trademark, service mark, trade name or logo (a "Mark"), or the owner's authorized representative, can report use of a Mark on DialLink's websites or Services that they believe infringes their rights, and how we respond. Copyright complaints are handled under our Copyright (DMCA) Policy.

1. How to Report

Email legal@diallink.com with the subject "Trademark Complaint" and include:

  1. Your name, address, telephone number and email address, and the name of the Mark owner you represent, if any;
  2. Identification of the Mark, including a representation of it;
  3. Evidence of your rights: the registration number and jurisdiction if the Mark is registered, or evidence of use in commerce and the date of first use if it is not;
  4. Identification of the material you believe infringes the Mark, with information sufficient for us to locate it (for example the URL, Account name or phone number);
  5. An explanation of why the use is likely to cause confusion, mistake or deception, or otherwise infringes your rights;
  6. The statement: "I have a good-faith belief that the use of the Mark described above is not authorized by the Mark owner, its agent or the law";
  7. The statement: "I declare under penalty of perjury that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the owner of the Mark or am authorized to act on the owner's behalf"; and
  8. Your physical or electronic signature (full legal name) and the date.

We may ask for additional information. Knowingly submitting a false complaint may expose you to liability, and we may suspend or terminate Accounts that submit false complaints.

2. Our Response

We review complaints that contain the information above and, where we conclude that a use likely infringes, we may remove or disable access to the material, require the user to change the use, or take other action under our Terms of Service, and notify the user. We may forward your complaint, including your contact information, to the user. Because trademark disputes often depend on facts we cannot assess (such as the scope of rights, consent or fair use), we may decline to act and refer the parties to resolve the matter directly or in court. We will inform you of the outcome where we can.

3. Retractions

To withdraw a complaint, email legal@diallink.com from the same address with the statement "I hereby retract my trademark infringement notification", identification of the material, your signature and the date.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate the Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

5. Changes

We may update this page; the current version and effective date appear at the top.
