Are calls within countries outside the US and Canada included in my DialLink subscription?
No. Calls and SMS within countries outside the US and Canada are not included in your subscription and are billed as metered usage. For example, a call placed from a German phone number to another German phone number is billed separately based on the applicable per-minute rates and the call duration.
