                      Frequently Asked Questions

What are international phone numbers in DialLink?

International phone numbers are numbers assigned in countries outside of the US. They help establish a local presence in foreign markets by allowing customers to call a familiar local number, even if it’s routed to your main office or remote teams elsewhere.

How do I get an international phone number with DialLink?

International phone numbers with DialLink can be requested after you’ve signed up for a paid plan by submitting a support ticket.

Registration requirements vary by country and may include proof of local presence or other documentation. To understand what’s required in each country, please review our international phone number registration requirements page. Our team will guide you through the process to help ensure compliance with local regulations.

Please note that registration timelines and approval processes are governed by local authorities and are outside of DialLink’s control.

To see which countries and phone number types are supported, as well as the applicable registration and monthly fees, refer to the fees table on this page. You can search the table by country to find the information relevant to your needs.

International phone numbers are not available during the free trial period.

What are the registration and ongoing fees for international phone numbers?

Fees vary by country. Each international phone number has a one-time $20 registration fee. Recurring charges vary by country and are billed monthly or annually, depending on your DialLink subscription plan. For full details, refer to our international phone number fees page.
All prices are in USD. Taxes and applicable fees are added at checkout.

What are the rates for international calling and texting?

Rates vary based on the destination country and where you’re calling or texting from. Visit our international calling and texting rates page to view detailed pricing.

Are calls within countries outside the US and Canada included in my DialLink subscription?

No. Calls and SMS within countries outside the US and Canada are not included in your subscription and are billed as metered usage. For example, a call placed from a German phone number to another German phone number is billed separately based on the applicable per-minute rates and the call duration.
